The Fulfillment Process Analyst will play a key role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement across TicketManager’s fulfillment team. This role supports day-to-day order management workflows with a focus on enhancing the customer experience, streamlining internal processes, and reducing operational costs.
The ideal candidate is naturally inquisitive and thrives on exploring new ways to optimize operations, often leveraging emerging tools and technologies to do so. They enjoy experimenting with AI-based solutions and automation platforms to rethink routine tasks in novel ways. With strong data analysis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a sharp attention to detail, this individual will help identify trends, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the team
*This role is In-Office in Mesa, AZ, Monday-Friday*
Responsibilities:
- Support and scale fulfillment operations by identifying areas for process improvement in systems, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and the customer experience
- Monitor key performance metrics and use data analysis to inform operational decisions and drive improvements
- Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion within set timelines
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative solutions for customer fulfillment challenges
- Handle the distribution of physical and electronic ticket orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Process and maintain ticket inventory imports and uploads for customers
- Keep the fulfillment area organized and optimized for daily operations
- Work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality service, exceed expectations, and identify areas for operational enhancements
- Contribute to critical functions including invoicing, onboarding support, internal training, documentation, and reporting on fulfillment metrics
- Curious spirit: Experienced in implementing AI and automation tools to reimagine and streamline repetitive or manual tasks, driving innovation in everyday operations.
- Ability to translate requirements into clear, actionable guides or playbooks, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across stakeholders
- Analyze operational and customer data to uncover insights and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and experiences
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2–3+ years of experience in an operations, fulfillment, or data-driven environment
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning); strong proficiency in Outlook and general Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through on tasks and projects
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new software platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver work on time
- Experience in box office, ticketing, or event fulfillment is a plus
- Demonstrates high ethical standards, accountability, and integrity in all work
