The Sales Engineer will develop sales proposals, estimates, and demo presentations. The Sales Engineer will prepare strategic plans that will assist revenue drivers to increase revenue and position TicketManager as the industry leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform's technical capabilities and effectively demonstrate how our best-in-class ticket and event management solution addresses key challenges for customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Leads, and Customer Success Managers to strategize, prepare for, and execute sales meetings with current and prospective clients, including creating product demonstrations.
  • Respond to RFPs and Security Questionnaires, effectively positioning TicketManager as the preferred solution for prospective clients
  • Lead internal meetings following the sales process to ensure a seamless transition from contract signature to implementation
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency in the pre-sales process
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and be able to speak to their impact at a high level.

Desired Skills and Experience: 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a technical or sales related role
  • Strong ability to listen and collaborate with customers to develop solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing effective solutions (with or without software) and clearly articulating their value to stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with security and data privacy standards (PII, PHI, GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2/ISO 27001).
