 The Fulfillment Services Lead is responsible for driving and expanding projects within TicketManager’s fulfillment team, with the objective of enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining operations, and reducing operational costs. This role involves managing and overseeing project initiatives related to transactional order management and ticket resale processes.

 The successful candidate will set an example for the rest of the team, leading the order fulfillment strategy, and focusing on innovation and process improvements, technology enhancements, policy development, and procedure optimization to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for being a role model for the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to scale our transactional & fulfillment strategy, focusing on innovation and process improvement in technology, policies, and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Promote process excellence by actively monitoring key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve operations.
  • Accountable for effectively managing and delivering projects to completion within specified timelines.
  • Proactively identify and execute creative or innovative solutions to address customer problems.
  • Work with key customers on all shipping needs and issues; distributing physical and electronic ticket orders.
  • Process and maintain customer ticket inventory imports and uploads.
  • Organize and maintain fulfillment space daily.
  • Partner with cross functional peers to deliver quality, exceed customer expectations, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Complete various critical functions including facilitate customer invoicing, driving customer onboarding, conducting internal training and documentation, compiling and analyzing fulfillment metrics.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-3+ years of related work experience
  • Previous Box Office/Ticketing experience a plus
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Process-driven, creative thinker with proven ability to articulate, and implement innovative solutions that solve for customer problems.
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects to completion on time.
  • Must have exceptional follow-through, possessing a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience with Outlook and Excel
  • Comfortable with learning new software programs
  • Possess the highest level of ethics and integrity
